PRICING
Cost is determined based on a number of factors including: complexity of design, location of area to be painted, amount of surface area, cost of supplies (such as paint, polyurethane, etc.) and the estimated amount of hours involved in completion. Also, I usually charge per square foot for custom design & painting... which can run between $7 - $25... again, depending on the factors mentioned above.
PRICE QUOTES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Custom design & planning
Priming of surfaces to be painted
All paint and any other supplies needed
Labor
Any protective top coat(s) applied for protection & durability
FREE DESIGN CONSULTATION:
How this works - we meet at your location to discuss any ideas regarding the type of work you are interested in. I will take notes, photos & measurements needed to produce detailed sketches* and price quotes. We set up a time to meet again so that I may present my ideas and prices to you, usually within 1-2 weeks after initial consultation.
*Please note that sketches are property of valleykat designs and are expected to be returned within a reasonable time frame.
PAYMENTS
A down payment of 50% of total amount due is expected at beginning of custom work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Note - I am flexible with this policy...
I understand that not everyone has a budget planned for custom paint work! I would rather accept smaller payments as the work is completed than lose the chance to create something special for my clients. For example, "larger" projects may be set up on an agreed upon payment plan, this has worked out quite well in the past. Please don't hesitate to ask, I'd be more than happy to work with you and I'm sure we could come up with an agreement that works for both of us!
SCHEDULE / AVAILABILITY
Again, I'm very flexible as far as scheduling goes. For example, if you'd rather have me in your place of business 'after hours'... when customers aren't there, we can work something out. Or, perhaps mornings work best for you and would rather have me come to your home to paint between the hours of 7am and noon, that's fine too. Everyone is busy these days, I respect that and am more than willing to make every attempt to accommodate your unique needs.
